SHIPPING POLICY

Once your order will be sent, there will be no turning back - what we mean is that at the moment we are unable to redirect orders, so please double check and ensure that shipping address is correct.

As our business is based on the sustainable "on-demand" model, it means that we are not keeping useless stocks and every item is specially made only for you! As a result, it takes some time to create and deliver it. Standard delivery: up to 25 working days of the order placement.

RETURN POLICY

Received damaged product or with any materially defective? Don't worry, we got your back. You can return it within 14 days from the date of the delivery. Just email us at info@kullt21.com and we will send you all the information needed for the return.

But please keep in mind that we will accept only unused, unwashed and unaltered products which were purchased on www.kullt21.com

As soon as we receive your package, we will process your return promptly. 

Please note that the return costs will be carried by the Buyer. 

When returning a damaged product, let us know if you want your money back or if you want us to send you a corresponding product as a replacement. If you choose to have your money back, please let us know your bank account number. (IBAN and BIC).

Returns cannot apply to the colors and printed details, as our website images cannot 100% accurately represent colors of a Product.
